Everstead Farm Supply is seeking a Farm Management Support and Small Equipment Sales team member to support dairy farmers with troubleshooting, analysis, product guidance, and small equipment sales.


This role helps farmers stay productive, compliant, and focused on cow care and comfort. The position also includes sales and sales support for small barn equipment such as fans, mattresses, scrapers, manure collectors, and related farm equipment.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting dairy farmers with troubleshooting and analysis
  • Helping customers improve productivity, compliance, cow care, and comfort
  • Providing sales and support for small barn equipment
  • Recommending practical equipment and product solutions
  • Communicating with farm customers and internal team members
  • Reporting directly to company ownership

Preferred qualifications:

  • Dairy experience is helpful but not required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in agriculture, dairy operations, and farm equipment
  • Ability to work with customers in a service-focused role

Everstead Farm Supply is seeking an Office Manager to oversee key office responsibilities and support daily business operations.



This position reports directly to company ownership and is responsible for managing or overseeing office functions such as accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, inventory, advertising, benefits, and related administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities may include:

Overseeing daily office operations

Managing accounting-related tasks

Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable

Supporting banking, inventory, advertising, and benefits administration

Maintaining organized office records and processes

Communicating with ownership, staff, vendors, and customers


Preferred qualifications:

Accounting background and/or accounting knowledge required

Previous office management or administrative experience preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
